Forms must show your date of birth, CDH number and be returned with your entry form and cheque (payable to ‘Suffolk Golf Union) to:
P.D Platten, Championship Secretary, Foxten House, Summer Lane, Bromeswell, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 2QA
Starting times will be sent to your Club or direct to you if you enclose a stamped
addressed envelope
Competitors withdrawing within 72 of their published starting times may forfeit their entry fee unless they can confirm a suitable replacement
The use of any non-conforming clubs will not be allowed in any SGU competitions
Distance only measuring devices are allowed
The Committee may refuse to accept an entry without stating a reason
and it’s decision will be final
