Greene King Salver
Seckford Golf Club held their annual competition for the Greene King Salver, an event in the Woodward Markwell series for the "Race to Aldeburgh) (Suffolk Order of Merit) on Sunday 16th September. 25 players took part.
The lowest gross score was returned by Simon Bearman, 3 handicap from Newton Green, with 69-71 for 140. Declan Condon 5 handicap from the home club was 2nd with 69-74 for 143 and Marc Duszynski,4 handicap from Ipswich, and Paul Flannigan, 10 handicap from the home club, tied 3rd with 75-71 and 72-74 respectively.
Paul Flannigan recorded the lowest nett score with 126 from Mark Crisp and Declan Condon, 9 and 5 handicap respectively both from Seckford, who both had nett 133.
