Ipswich Juniors joint 2nd in Home Nations

Ipswich Juniors were in action at the Junior Team Golf - England South East Regional Final at Mannings Heath Golf Club on Sunday 14th October.  6 teams had made it through qualifying rounds.

The winners were Burhill Golf Club with an aggregate score of 370. They were able to field a team of single figure players with their highest handicapper being off 8.

Ipswich were joint 2nd on 383 with Cuddington and Enfield, an extremely creditable performance as their team included a 12,14,16 and 22 handicapper.

The lowest gross score of the day was returned by David Gurr of Burhill with 74 and the best nett from Freddie Gannon of Cuddington with 79-14-65.
